Wellvana, the nation’s leading value-based care enabler for hospital-led and rural ACOs, is proud to support Trinsic, a Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) comprised of Intermountain Health and UCHealth, in their value-based care efforts. Together, Wellvana and Trinsic joined forces to make Trinsic part of the highest-performing ACO (in overall savings) in the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) for Performance Year 2024. This is the story of our partnership.
