The Wellvana Leadership Action Board (LAB) is not your standard advisory group. Yes, it’s a place for partners to advise. And a place for Wellvana leadership to listen. But unlike advisory boards, it wasn’t established so its members could poke around the edges of the most important challenges facing our ACO community. It was founded because we wanted to solve them.

Comprised of a diverse group of clinical and operational leaders across Wellvana’s network, this partner-led group meet regularly to talk candidly about what’s working within Wellvana at-large, what’s not, what Wellvana can do to help accelerate the move from problem to strategy to execution, and to align on organizational business priorities. In short, it’s a group of doers, not just talkers.
