We have been made aware that individuals not affiliated with Wellvana are impersonating our company and our employees in fraudulent job offers. These communications do not come from Wellvana. Any offer of employment made through them is not valid. We are working with the relevant platforms and authorities to have these accounts and postings removed.

• All communication from our recruiters comes from an @wellvana.com e-mail address.

• We post our open positions on our careers page.  If a role is not listed there, treat it as suspect.

• Interviews are scheduled by a Wellvana recruiter and conducted by video or phone with identified Wellvana employees.

• Offers of employment are extended in writing only after live interviews.

• We never ask a candidate for money, a fee, or a payment of any kind — for equipment, software, training, background checks, or anything else.

• We never send a check to a candidate, and we never ask a candidate to deposit funds and forward a portion of them elsewhere.

• We never ask for a Social Security number, bank account information, or a copy of a government-issued ID as part of the application or interview process.

• We never conduct an interview solely by text message or through a messaging app.

• Report it to the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center at ic3.gov and to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

• Forward scam text messages to 7726, which reports them to your carrier.

• If you shared financial information or deposited a check, contact your bank immediately.

• You can let us know at Wellvana-HR@wellvana.com.  Please do not send us your Social Security number, bank account information, or a copy of your ID.
