Here are some highlights from the 2024 in-person events.

The Accountable Care Symposium, now presented by Wellvana, is the premier value-based care conference and networking event in the nation. Health care professionals and thought leaders from across the country convene to learn new methodologies, hear success stories, take away best practice tips, and network directly with their colleagues.

Yes, upon acquiring the Medicare Shared Savings Program business of CVS Health in March 2025, Wellvana also acquired this symposium. The same team that has organized the event since its inception in 2015 is still in charge. Now there will be many new faces in attendance.

You should plan to arrive by 4 pm ET on Tuesday, April 15, to join our pre-conference welcome reception. The Symposium will officially kick-off with our first General Session at 8:30 am ET on Wednesday, April 16.

Our last General Session concludes on April 17 by 1 pm ET with pre-departure snacks provided.

April 15 — Refreshments and heavy appetizers available at the welcome reception.

April 16 — Breakfast, lunch and snacks, and appetizers and refreshments at the evening reception

 April 17 — Breakfast and pre-departure snacks

Each year, we hear the networking opportunities are one of attendees’ favorite things – talking with colleagues and peers to hear first-hand their experiences. We make it easy to network with more than 500 attendees through various settings including a pre-conference networking reception, an evening networking reception, educational sessions, meetups, and more.

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age and officially registered for the conference. If you are interested in bringing a +1 to the evening networking events ONLY, please stop by the check-in and information desk at the Symposium venue to let a Wellvana team member know.

• Daily Self-Parking: $30 

• Overnight Self-Parking: $35

• Valet Parking: $45

By registering for the Symposium, each registrant/attendee agrees to the following Cancellation and Refund Policies.

Event Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can move other interested members off of our waitlist. Registrants must send a cancellation email to events@wellvana.com on or before March 21, 2025.

No-Shows
If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your registration for you. This helps us internally track attrition rates. 

Business casual for all daytime and evening events. We recommend dressing in layers as the conference rooms can run cool or hot throughout the day.
