Our Mission & Vision.

WHAT WE DO (OUR MISSION):

At Wellvana Health, our mission is to reduce healthcare costs and improve outcomes by empowering providers to succeed with value-based care. We do this by reducing the administrative complexities placed on physicians, helping them to prioritize patient relationships and quality of care.

WHY WE DO IT (OUR VISION):

Our team shares one common desire that drives every decision we make: We believe that Wellvana can be a catalyst for systemic change that reimagines and simplifies healthcare, making it easier to practice, access, and navigate.

Patient-Centered, Expert-Led.

Every member of our team at Wellvana has a deep understanding of healthcare — as a business and as an ecosystem — plus they each have a passion to make it better. Our intellectual capital distinguishes us as a company and brings a level of expertise that gives our partners confidence as we guide them through the transition into today’s value-based care world. Flexible Solutions.

A FOUNDATION OF FLEXIBILITY
Our founders recognized the flaws of previous value-based care models and set out to create a company that learned from the past while planning for the future. Therefore, “one size fits all” is not part of our culture or approach. Rather, flexibility is at the core of everything we do. We offer multiple partnership arrangements and ask our partners, “How can we best help you get from where you are now to where you want to be?”

Shared Savings.

WE ASSUME ALL DOWNSIDE, SHARE IN THE UPSIDE
Wellvana's model is second to none - and we stand by that. Our gain sharing and cost allocation agreements are customized by practice, but one thing always remains the same: When a provider partners with Wellvana, we assume all of the downside risk and then share the upside.
